With the great love and support of our family - Grant Roberts and Chloe Meyers created Open Heart Farm in Auburn, Maine in December of 2022. We built OHF's first low-till bed and planted garlic the first week of December, (albeit late in the season), and built a greenhouse from February through April. We established a 50 X 100 foot low-till production field and got to work nurturing seedlings to fill those growing-spaces - in our Lewiston apartment all winter-long. Support came from all-around through our family, friends, and neighbors. Our community arose from the woodwork! We are grateful to those who believe in Open Heart Farm.
